Harvard Business Review is the iconic source on the full range of business issues including leadership, organizational change, strategy, finance and management. If you have a question from the world of business and organizations, you can find a perspective (or multiple perspectives) in there somewhere.

The Nonprofit Quarterly is a publication that reports on a variety of topics related to non-profit organizations and public policy. It includes a number of interesting features, including The Cohen Report, a regular feature by national correspondent Rick Cohen, a former executive director of the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy.

Doug Smith is an author, consultant and strategist. He has spent thirty years working with leaders seeking to identify and implement creative strategies to their most pressing challenges. He has authored and co-authored a number of books on leadership, business strategy and performance including Make Success Measurable; The Discipline of Teams; and Taking Charge of Change.
