How Do I Work?

I believe in setting clear expectations and results. I define the scope of our work so that your needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. My goal is to develop a relationship with you and your enterprise so that you know you can call on me when a need arises.

I begin with an overall assessment of your needs. I will then provide a detailed proposal, whether for executive coaching, training or consulting, and a proposed scope of work that will include:

  • An articulation of the product or outcome we seek to achieve
  • A description of the services I will provide
  • A monthly retainer which will cover a number of hours and defined tasks
  • The term for the engagement
  • Circumstances under which you would be billed for additional work

Our time together will include a regular check in to consider whether the engagement is meeting your objectives. I do not have standard products, but rather look to define our work together in terms of what you need to position your organization for success. I believe a successful engagement does not have to be an open-ended contract, but I do hope our collaboration will build a long-term relationship that you can call upon in the future.
