How I Work

I believe in setting clear expectations and results. I define the scope of our work so that your needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. My goal is to develop a relationship with you and your enterprise so that you know you can call on me when a need arises.

We will start with a conversation about your vision of success for the engagement. I will work with you to develop a detailed proposal, whether for executive coaching, training or consulting, and a proposed scope of work that will include:

  • An articulation of what success looks like
  • A description of the services and engagement term
  • A payment schedule
  • Circumstances under which you would be billed for additional work

Our time together will include checking in on whether the engagement is meeting your objectives. I do not have standard products, but rather look to define our work together in terms of what you need to position your organization for success. I believe a successful engagement does not have to be an open-ended contract, but I do hope our collaboration will build a trusted long-term relationship.
