- Conducted 360 review process to solicit Board feedback for CEO of mission-driven non-profit finance, spring 2024.
- Meridian International Center/U.S. Department of State: Led workshop on Inclusive Leadership for awardees under the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) Awards Initiative, Spring/Summer 2024.
- Virginia Community Development Corporation: Co-lead strategic planning process, 2023-24; Presenter, coach and peer group facilitator for two cohorts of leaders for Mission Elevation, 2019-present; designed and facilitated VCDC performance planning workshop, 2014 and staff and board retreats in 2022.
- NeighborWorks America® multiple engagements: Communities of Excellence coach, trainer and peer group facilitator, 2023-2024; Achieving Excellence Program participant coach and peer group facilitator 2009- 2020; trainer for National Training Institute 2013-2022; coaching team lead and trainer for the Sustainable Homeownership Program 2013-2017; designed and facilitated performance planning workshop for Curriculum Management team 2017.
